❄️ Booking & Cancellation Policy
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
Classes & Series
• Classes must be booked in advance. No walk-ins are accepted.
• Classes may be cancelled by the studio up to 2 hours before start time if fewer than two students are enrolled.
• Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before class.
• Cancellations within this window (early cancel) retain the class credit for future use.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class (late cancel) will forfeit the class credit.
• No-shows automatically incur charges or loss of credit.
Specialty Workshops & Mini-Series
• Workshops and series may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the first session.
• After this window, all workshop and series purchases are non-refundable.
Studio Bookings
• Studio bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.
• Early cancellations retain the booking credit for future use.
• Late cancellations forfeit the booking credit.
Private Lessons, Photo & Video Sessions
• Privates, photoshoots, and video sessions require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in full forfeiture of payment.
